Older GFS2 Setup Notes - first pass, in VMWare, and upgrading from cluster2 to cluster3

• GFS2 Setup Notes are basic install notes from setting up a small cluster (perhaps useful for the GFS2 MDS work).

• GFS2 Cluster in VMware are a follow-up where I quickly set up a 3-node cluster on my laptop for use at Connectathon.

• GFS2 cluster3 userland notes are rough notes from my first stab at upgrading the GFS2 userland from cluster2 to cluster3.
